Located in Memphis, Tenn., Baptist Women’s Hospital serves as a regional referral center for high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgeries and advanced diagnostic services. We provide exceptional care through our newborn intensive care unit (NICU), urogynecology services and the Comprehensive Breast Program, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, personalized health care close to home.
Baptist Women’s Hospital is the regional leader in women’s and infant health care. It has the largest maternity program in the Mid-South and is the region’s only member of the Council of Women’s and Infants’ Specialty Hospitals (CWISH). The hospital’s quality metrics in service, patient safety and patient outcomes are compared to those of the nation’s premier institutions and our protocols for early identification and treatment of maternal hemorrhages and hypertension in pregnancy are recognized as national models.
Baptist Women’s Hospital has also had a strong collaboration with the Tennessee Initiative for Perinatal Quality Care (TIPQC) for sixteen years, making quality maternity care accessible for all Tennessee families.
In keeping with the three-fold ministry of Christ of Healing, Preaching and Teaching, the compassionate caregivers at Baptist Women’s Hospital are committed to providing excellent health care and wellness for women throughout the Mid-South…every patient, every day, in every way.
