Our rehabilitation teams strive to help each patient regain as much functioning, mobility and independence as possible following injury. Specific conditions for treatment include, among others:

Spinal cord injuries
Degenerative neurological conditions like Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, or Guillian Barre

Clinical team and rehabilitation specialists

Rehabilitation can be complex, requiring the hands and talents of different specialists from varied disciplines. Our clinical teams are led by medical doctors with rehabilitation and internal medicine expertise. Teams also include physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, rehabilitation nurses, social workers, case managers and recreational therapists. Other physician specialties are available for consultation should the need arise.

As our teams work with patients, we also provide families with clear guidance, support and education to prepare for life after discharge.

How to plan for inpatient rehabilitation

Our patients come to us from hospitals, outpatient settings, case managers, home health professionals and insurance providers. We accept all patients who are 18 or older and meet specific criteria.

Nurse liaisons and coordinators at specific locations help guide patients through the admission process.
