Extended Care & Skilled Nursing

Skilled Services for Recovery

Sometimes after particularly difficult procedures or treatments in a hospital, patients will still need extended care to fully recover. A skilled nursing facility helps patients regain their health so they can return home and be able to self-manage throughout their recovery.

An extension of hospital services, our facilities provide long-term medical and nursing care, physical and occupational therapy and social services to patients whose medical or other conditions required 24-hour supervised care.

These facilities also provide an interdisciplinary team approach to sub-acute care for medically complex patients needing dialysis, wound care, intravenous antibiotics and rehabilitative services, among others.
