Outpatient Services
Baptist Booneville offers a wide variety of outpatient care services that do not require an overnight stay in the hospital. From surgery to radiology, we provide advanced, compassionate care and the latest innovative technologies delivered with our patients’ safety and convenience in mind. Back/neck pain treatment in relation to injury, medical condition or surgery.
Behavioral health intensive outpatient service, a mental health wellness program for adults age 55 and over who may be suffering from depression, grief and loss, anxiety, anger, hallucinations, delusions, paranoia and mild memory loss. Patients come to our facility and go back home daily. No referral is needed. Services are available by appointment and are covered in part or whole by most private insurance plans and Medicare.
Radiology services with a full-range of outpatient imaging equipment and services, such as a 64-slice computerized tomography (CT) scanning machine, a high-field 1.5 Tesla MRI machine, two radiographic rooms and two ultrasound rooms, all of which enable our staff to perform a wide variety of tests. Baptist Booneville also has an intensive outpatient nuclear medicine studies program. Outpatient radiology services also include:

- 3D mammography
- Lung cancer screenings
Respiratory services include pulmonary function, arterial blood gas test, electrocardiogram, Holter monitor and cardiac stress test.
Sleep disorders and chronic sleep loss not only affect the quality of your sleep but, as some studies indicate, they may also contribute to diabetes, heart disease, obesity and other age-related chronic disorders. Baptist Booneville’s Sleep Disorders Center provides diagnostic services and treatment to patients who show symptoms of a sleep disorder. The Sleep Disorders Center uses advanced digital technology and offers all-night polysomnographic monitoring and daytime nap testing by highly trained technicians. Each treatment is individualized based on the patient's needs.
Surgical services are available through our outpatient surgery department, such as general surgery, gastroenterology, podiatry and pain management. Surgery requires a referral from your primary care provider or specialist. Talk to your provider about scheduling a consultation with any of our surgical services providers.
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Baptist Booneville provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for patients of all ages. Our highly trained therapists are dedicated to helping patients, from infants and toddlers to adults and seniors, regain their mobility and strength through one-on-one sessions, customized exercise plans and ongoing support for their physical and mental wellbeing. Brain, spine and neurologic rehabilitation that combines physical, occupational and speech therapies for patients recovering from a stroke, spinal injury or brain trauma.
Cardiac rehabilitation with patient education, medically-supervised exercise and counseling with dieticians and pharmacists.
Occupational therapy to help patients master the essentials of daily living and gain functional independence.
Pediatric rehabilitation for infants and children up to age 18 to help overcome developmental delays, orthopedic problems, and language, motor and processing challenges.
Physical therapy to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and relieve joint or muscle pain.
Pulmonary rehabilitation equips patients with education and personalized exercise programs to help increase their energy and reduce breathlessness due to chronic lung disease, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and restrictive lung disease (RLD).
Speech therapy with a focus on communication skills, voice, swallowing, speech and language disorders.
