Bill Fox, Administrator & Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities: Executive management operations, ancillary services, business office, pharmacy and medical records. Fox has more than 20 years of hospital management experience and has served in leadership roles in hospitals all over the country. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology and economics and a master's degree in health care administration.
Ropo Sanvee, Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities: Manages the overall financial management of Baptist Restorative Care Hospital, including revenue cycles and budgets, and prepares financial reports. Ms. Sanvee brings to her role as CFO more than 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting in the higher education and health care industries, as well as eight years as an administrator for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Monrovia, Liberia. She holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Memphis and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Ms. Sanvee joined Baptist in 2016.
Leslie Gordon, Chief Nursing Officer
Responsibilities: Oversees all areas of nursing for Baptist Restorative Care Hospital, with a focus in facilitating the design and implementing the delivery of patient care, recommending strategies to improve services, and delivering excellent patient outcomes. Ms. Gordon received her ADN from Alvin Community College in Alvin, TX. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Leadership & Management degree from Western Governors University and Salt Lake City, UT. She has been a part of the Baptist family since 2005.
