Brian K. Hogan, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities: Overall executive management of the hospital.
Hogan came to Baptist DeSoto as an associate administrator in 2016 after holding several leadership roles at Baptist Memorial hospitals, including CEO and administrator of Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. He began his Baptist career in 1994 as a head nurse in Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis’ orthopedic and neurology unit.

Octavius Ivy, Associate Administrator

Responsibilities: Executive management.

H.F. Mason, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Responsibilities: As chief medical officer, Dr. H.F. Mason has administrative responsibilities and serves as the liaison between hospital administration and the medical staff. Dr. Mason completed medical school at the University of Mississippi and his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Mason is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Randy White, Chief Nursing Officer

Responsibilities: Development and implementation of all nursing and related patient care activities while serving with the hospital leadership team.

Joe McWherter, Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities: Managing the hospital’s financial operations, revenue cycle and budgets.
