Healing Care with Compassion and Grace

OUR MISSION

In keeping with the three-fold ministry of Christ of healing, teaching and preaching, Baptist Memorial Health Care is committed to providing quality health care.

FAMILY-CENTERED CARE

Our key principles of patient and family-centered care are:

  • You and your child are treated with dignity and respect.
  • As health care providers, we will communicate and share complete and unbiased information with you and your child in ways that are clear, affirming and useful.
  • We will help you and your child build on your strengths to enhance control and independence in your own health care.
  • A collaborative approach involving you, your child and our providers drives our policies, program development, professional education, and the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Patient care and safety are our top priorities.

Patient Engagement

To effectively maintain our high standards of care, we conduct random patient surveys. If your child is selected to participate, you will receive a survey via email with questions about your child's experience in our hospital. This is an anonymous survey conducted by a third party, and you and your child's information will not be shared with any outside agency. The information you provide helps us to improve our services, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
