Blood Pressure Screenings

We’ll have nurses and health technicians onsite providing blood pressure screenings and information on treating and living with hypertension, and how you can improve your numbers for better heart health.

CPR Hands-On Compression Demonstrations

Learn how to properly administer first aid care and perform life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) from Baptist’s health care providers. Also, learn how to recognize when someone is in cardiac and/or respiratory distress so you can be prepared to save a life.

Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) Testing

The ABI test is used to measure how well blood is flowing throughout the body, particularly in the limbs. We can take blood pressure readings in your arms and legs to calculate your ABI index and potential risk for peripheral artery disease.

Stroke Education

When a stroke occurs, every moment counts. Learn how to recognize the signs of a stroke, including slurred speech, paralysis or numbing, blurred vision in one or both eyes, disorientation, dizziness and headache, and how you can B.E. F.A.S.T. to respond.
