How to register for BaptistMD 24/7

BaptistMD 24/7 is a 24-hour virtual care service exclusively for Baptist’s team members and their dependents who have Baptist’s health insurance. Many members of our health plan have used this convenient service, especially after hours and on weekends, to get the care they need when they need it. We appreciate your interest in this benefit offering.

BaptistMD 24/7 offers three easy options to register below. If you have additional questions, please contact Baptist’s Employee Benefits department at benefits@bmhcc.org or 901-227-5093.

Register online:

• Registering online at BaptistMD.com is the quickest and easiest way to register. Once registered, you can access BaptistMD 24/7 online, by app and by phone.
• Go to BaptistMD.com and click on any of the “Activate Now” buttons to register. You will be asked to provide your:
• Date of birth
• Subscriber ID (this is found on the front of your Baptist/BlueCross BlueShield insurance card)

Register using the BaptistMD app:

• Download the BaptistMD app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Open the app and click on “Create an account” at the bottom.
• To register, you will be asked to provide your:
• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Email address
• Zip code
• Gender
• Employer (As you type “Baptist” in the field, select “BaptistMD 24/7” from the options.)
• Subscriber ID (this is found on the front of your Baptist/BlueCross BlueShield insurance card)

Register by phone:

• Call 888-340-5201. Sophie, the automated representative, will greet you.
• To register, you will be asked to provide your:
• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Address
• Email address
• Zip code
• Gender
• Subscriber ID (this is found on the front of your Baptist/BlueCross BlueShield insurance card)
