Baptist Medical Group Clinic FAQs

Patient safety is a top priority at Baptist Medical Group clinics. When you visit us, we want to assure you that our clinic environments are clean and safe.

  • Can I go in to see my doctor?

    Yes. Baptist Medical Group has implemented new protocols and standards at all of our clinics to ensure the safety of our patients and health care workers. You can read more about what we’ve done to keep our facilities clean and safe here.

  • Do I need to wear a mask or protective face covering when I go to see my doctor?

    Yes. We are requiring all patients and staff to wear masks whenever inside a Baptist facility to protect you, your family, and our employees. If you arrive without a mask, we will give you one.

  • What can I expect when I go to a Baptist Medical Group facility?

    Upon arrival to our clinics, you’ll will be greeted at the door by a team member who will take your temperature and ask if you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. (If you have a temperature, we’ll ask that you remain in your vehicle as a precaution. We will call your cell phone when your provider is ready to see you.)

  • I’m not ready to go out yet. Are there other ways to “visit” my doctor?

    Yes! To ensure that you have access to your physician or care team, we have a variety of telehealth options. Video visits, e-visits  and telephone visits are now available with your Baptist Medical Group provider and they are covered by insurance.
