Be a Lifesaver: Learn CPR

According to the American Heart Association, 88% of cardiac arrests happen at home. But only 3% of the U.S. population has the CPR training needed to help. At this month’s Healthy Living Speaker Series, you can learn CPR.

AHA Instructor Regina Morris will teach the Family & Friends CPR course. This 23-minute group course will include hands-only CPR, adult and child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED (automated external defibrillator) use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children and infants. This free course is open to all ages and is for those who do not need a course completion card for a job or other requirement.
