Send a Cheer Card to a Patient

Having a Simple Greeting Card Hand-delivered to a Baptist Patient’s Hospital Room is Easy and Free. 

How it Works:

  1. Select a card theme using the menu below.
  2. Submit a short online form, including your message.
  3. A Baptist team member at the recipient's hospital will print your greeting card and deliver it to the patient's room.

Delivery Schedule

This service checks for messages at 9 a.m., Monday through Friday. Messages are hand-delivered to patients around 11 a.m. Any messages received after 9 a.m. will be delivered the following weekday. There may be delivery delays during holidays.

Patients are not able to send replies through this system, so include your contact information in your message if the patient is likely to want to reply.

Please note the service is setup only to receive messages. We cannot send outgoing replies. We respect message confidentiality.

Baptist reserves the right to refuse to deliver any email that is indecent, obscene, abusive, offensive, profane, defamatory, derogatory, or inflammatory. Baptist reserves the right to refuse to deliver any email that contains sexual content or images, racial or ethnic slurs, or off-color or discriminatory jokes or cartoons. Baptist also reserves the right to refuse to deliver any email that is sent to harass, intimidate, threaten, or stalk the patient, or which would be considered illegal for any purpose. Additionally, Baptist reserves the right to refuse to deliver any email that is sent to solicit the patient or which is meant to serve as an advertisement or promotion of any goods or services.

By submitting an email, you agree to hold harmless Baptist and all of its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and legal counsel from any action or claim arising from an action or inaction related to your email submission.
