Mark Kelly, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer

Mark Kelly, Administrator & Chief Executive Officer Responsibilities: Executive management of operations, ancillary services, business office, pharmacy and medical records. Kelly has more than 25 years of hospital administrative experience, with 15 years specializing in long-term acute care hospitals. He most recently served as CEO for Regional One Health Extended Care Hospital, a position he held from the hospital’s inception in 2013. Prior to that, Kelly served as CEO and administrator for various health care facilities in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Texas. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and earned a master’s degree in rehabilitation at Arkansas State University.

Ropo Sanvee, Chief Financial Officer

Ropo Sanvee, CFOResponsibilities: Manages the overall financial management of Baptist Restorative Care Hospital, including revenue cycles and budgets, and prepares financial reports. Ms. Sanvee brings to her role as CFO more than 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting in the higher education and health care industries, as well as eight years as an administrator for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Monrovia, Liberia. She holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Memphis and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Ms. Sanvee joined Baptist in 2016.

Latarsha Triplett, Director of Nursing

Latarsha Triplett, CNOResponsibilities: Oversees all areas of nursing for Baptist Restorative Care Hospital, with a focus in on facilitating and implementing the delivery of patient care, recommending strategies to improve services, and delivering excellent patient outcomes. Triplett has more than 26 years of nursing experience, previously serving as manager of observation, step-down and nursing staff development at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto. She is also an adjunct clinical instructor for Colorado Technical University. Triplett earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in executive leadership from the University of South Alabama, and a master’s degree in nursing administration from the University of Memphis.
